Print a logo on customer payment receipt

You can now print a logo on your customer payment receipt.

 

There are two ways to do this:
  1. Upload an image as your business logo, and use that.
    Currently, the business logo also shows on the screen of customer-facing tethered Clover Minis. If you don’t have a tethered Clover Mini, the business logo does not appear anywhere else.
  2. Upload a custom image that will be used only for printing on receipts.
    You may want to use this option if your business logo is not black-and-white, and you want better results for printing your logo on a receipt.

    Important

    Your custom image must be a .jpg or .png and no larger than 10 MB

    For the best results for printing, use a black-and-white image. Keep in mind that fine details may be distorted. We recommend printing a test receipt after uploading your logo to see how it looks.

To use your business logo to print on customer receipts:

  • First upload your business logo
  1. On your Web Dashboard, Click Setup app Setup app icon
  2. Click Business Information
  3. Under Business Logo, click Choose File to choose a logo
  4. Click Upload
  • Then choose the setting to print your business logo
  1. On your Web Dashboard, click Setup Setup app icon app
  2. Click Payment Receipts
  3. Click Show logo on payment receipts
  4. Click Use business logo when printing a receipt

To use a custom image to print on customer receipts:

  1. On your Web Dashboard, click Setup app Setup app icon
  2. Click Payment Receipts
  3. Click Show logo on payment receipts
  4. Click Use a custom image for receipt printing, click Choose File to choose an image
  5. Click Upload
