Keep track of repeat customers with the Register app

We know how important repeat customers are to your business, and we have a new way to help you keep track of what they are ordering. You can use the new Add Customer feature in the Register app to add a customer from the Customers app to an order, saving you from having to switch back and forth between apps.

When you add a customer to an order in the Register app, the customer’s name will be added to the order as an order note. The items in the order will also be recorded in the customer’s profile in the Customers app, so you can easily see what your repeat customers like to buy.

Good to Know

If you have pre-auth enabled, you won’t be able to add a customer to an order in the Register app, and vice versa. Make sure to disable pre-auth if you want to use this new feature.
