Introducing Short Message Service in Feedback app

We are adding the Short Message Service (SMS) feature to Feedback app . SMS adds a unique code to text on every receipt that allows you to hear from your customers directly and helps keep harmful negative feedback off public review sites like Yelp.

The unique code and instructions on how to leave feedback will be printed on the Customer Receipt.

You will be able to respond to customer feedback left by SMS in the Web Dashboard Feedback app, as with any feedback left through the Perka app .
